Q. Why is the name of your font ﾒEpsy Sansﾓ instead of ﾒEspy Sansﾓ?
A. ﾒEspy Sansﾓ is a registered trademark of Apple Computer for their bitmap font. I cannot use the name because it would infringe upon this trademark.
Q. Why does Epsy Sans 12 point look like Epsy Sans 14 point on printed output?
A. Like Avant Garde, Epsy Sans has a very high x-height. This makes the font appear larger. Also, in order to match the spacing and size of the bitmap, I had to match the em-square of the bitmap to the em-square of the printer font. Most fonts put all the accents inside the em-square, Espy Sans puts them outside the em-square. I recommend using Epsy Sans 10 point with leading set (line spacing) set to 15 point in order to achieve the highest legibility possible.
Q. I typed an and it appears on screen, but it just prints out as a blank space. Why does this happen?
A. The registered version of Epsy Sans contains all the accented characters and other special characters (as well as Bold, Bold Italic and Small Caps & Old Style Figures). See the ﾒEpsy Sans Read Meﾓ file for information on how to register Epsy Sans.
Q. Do you know that there is also an Epsy Serif? Do you have any plans to create this font?

Q. When I was on eWorld, there was a font called eWorld Tight. Where can I get this font?
A. Apple renamed ﾒHelvetica Condensedﾓ to ﾒeWorld Tightﾓ. However, I have received many requests for this font, so I am working on a font based on the bitmap. It will not be Helvetica Condensed.
